Answers to most F.A.Q. in 2006

  
   
We are no longer taking orders for Accordion shutters, Bahama shutters or Roll Down shutters. 
When ordering hardware only, please use our shopping cart, we will ship your order next day.
The fastest way to order is to provide us with the number of panels, length of the panels, tracks (if required) for each opening.
Stock size panels are available in our Miami location only (1 -3 days).  All other orders  (picked up or shipped) are considered custom orders.  Same price per square foot, but 3-4 weeks from the time your order is placed.
We want your business and will call you back.  Occasionally we are out of the office.  Please leave  a message and you day and evening phone numbers.  If you are on a cell phone, please repeat you phone number twice.  Often we get the incorrect phone numbers.
Due to the demand for hurricane shutters, we are not providing our measuring service.  We try to resolve your technical questions over the phone. 
Our h-header track is for panels with a 2" profile and the studded angle is for panels with holes 12" and  6" apart.  Some panels are 12 1/2" and 6 1/4" apart and our tracks will not fit.
