If you already have shutters, or are thinking about purchasing shutters which use washer-based wingnuts, a Wing-it™   is a must.  The Wing-it™ (wing-nut driver) bit attaches to any cordless screw driver or device which uses the standard 1/4" base.  The hand driver model is also available.  The Screw-it fits perfect into the stainless sidewalk bolts used for the removable track systems.
